At Aerosoles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer easy returns and exchanges on unworn merchandise within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to initiate the process and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is submitted, download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided via email.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Place the unworn footwear in its original packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with the return label attached to the outside.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location and keep your tracking number to monitor your refund status.
